At Luno Ecosystem Atlas Sdn. Bhd., we are dedicated to providing high-quality, peer-reviewed educational briefings and research consultations. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, rescheduling, and fee refunds are processed.
1. Educational Briefing & Consultation Bookings
Advance Cancellation (Full Refund)
- Notice Period: If you cancel your scheduled educational session (e.g. Ecosystem Architecture Briefing, Beginner Consultation, or Security Advisory) at least 48 hours prior to the agreed appointment time, you are eligible for a 100% full refund of any pre-paid session fees.
Late Cancellation (Partial Refund)
- Notice Period: If cancellation occurs between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time, a 50% partial refund will be issued to cover allocated instructor preparation and scheduling reservations.
- Less than 24 Hours / No-Show: Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, are non-refundable.
2. Free Rescheduling Policy
We recognize that engineering schedules and research commitments can change. You may reschedule any booked educational session at no additional charge, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 60 days of the original booking date.
3. Team Workshops & Custom Cohort Tracks
For multi-participant team workshops (Validator & Staking Workshop) or custom institutional cohorts:
- Cancellations with $\ge 7$ days notice: Eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative handling fee.
- Cancellations with 3 to 6 days notice: Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations with $< 72$ hours notice: Non-refundable once tailored syllabus and slide decks have been compiled and delivered.
4. Refund Request Process & Processing Times
- Submission: Submit all cancellation or refund requests in writing to contact@pulsetempocore.click with your booking confirmation reference, full name, and reason for cancellation.
- Review: Our administrative team in Johor Bahru will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
- Processing Time & Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, subject to banking clearance times.
